Diconal Nasal Drops contains Xylometazoline and Sorbitol, which work together to reduce nasal swelling and congestion by narrowing blood vessels and to prevent dryness and irritation in the nose by moisturising the nasal passages.

Inform your doctor before taking Diconal Nasal Drops if you have any heart, liver, or kidney diseases, inflammation of air passages, thyroid disorders, enlarged prostate, urination problems, high blood pressure, or diabetes. Please consult your doctor if you have any other medical concerns before starting Diconal Nasal Drops. Diconal Nasal Drops is contraindicated in recent nasal surgery, chronic nasal inflammation, glaucoma (high eye pressure), and adrenal gland tumours (phaeochromocytoma).
Do not stop taking Diconal Nasal Drops even if you feel better, as it may worsen your condition. For the best advice, consult your doctor and do as recommended.
Take the missed dose of Diconal Nasal Drops as soon as possible. However, if it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose.
