Dermoys Cream 200 ml contains liquid paraffin and white soft paraffin. Liquid paraffin works by avoiding water loss from the outer coating of the skin. White soft paraffin gives a layer of oil on the surface of the skin, avoids water evaporation from the surface of the skin, and helps to moisten the skin.
