About Bella Rise D Tablet

Bella Rise D Tablet is a vitamin that is used to regulate calcium and phosphate metabolism in children. This medicine is used to treat vitamin D deficiency and osteomalacia (softening or deforming of bones due to a lack of calcium). Vitamin D deficiency occurs when your body has low Vitamin D levels and is caused by inadequate nutrition, malabsorption, or lack of sunlight exposure.

Bella Rise D Tablet contains Cholecalciferol, a form of vitamin D. It promotes the absorption of calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin A from different organs and helps maintain overall health.

Bella Rise D Tablet may rarely cause certain side effects in your child, such as constipation, increased blood calcium levels, increased calcium levels in urine, vomiting, and nausea. These side effects generally resolve over time. However, if it does not resolve, contact the paediatrician immediately.

Bella Rise D Tablet should be avoided for your child if she/he is allergic to it. Keep your doctor informed about your child’s health condition, including his current medications and medical history, to rule out any side effects/interactions. Before administration, inform the paediatrician about all the OTC medicines, including other vitamin supplements, that your child is taking.

Bella Rise D Tablet is used in the treatment of Vitamin D Deficiency and Osteomalacia. The detailed uses of Bella Rise D Tablet are as follows:

  • Vitamin D Deficiency in Children: Bella Rise D Tablet is used to prevent and treat vitamin D deficiency, especially in infants and young children who may have limited sun exposure or inadequate dietary intake. Deficiency can result in fragile bones, delayed milestones, and frequent illnesses.
  • Bone Growth and Mineralization: Bella Rise D Tablet plays a key role in supporting healthy bone development and mineralization. It enhances calcium and phosphorus absorption, aiding in the formation of strong bones and teeth during crucial growth periods.
  • Prevention and Treatment of Rickets: Bella Rise D Tablet is effective in preventing and managing rickets, a bone disorder in children caused by severe vitamin D deficiency. It helps correct soft, misshapen bones and promotes healthy posture and mobility.
  • Osteomalacia: Bella Rise D Tablet may also be used in the management of osteomalacia, a condition seen in older children and adolescents where bones become soft and painful due to prolonged vitamin D deficiency. It helps restore normal bone strength and relieve associated symptoms.
  • Immune System Support: Bella Rise D Tablet helps boost the body’s natural defence system, enabling children to fight infections like colds and flu more effectively.
