  • Insert the 4 AA batteries included with the AccuSure blood pressure monitor into the battery compartment.
  • Connect the cuff to the BP machine by plugging it into the designated port on the side of the monitor.
  • Sit straight with your feet flat on the floor and your arm resting on a flat surface.
  • Position the cuff on your upper left arm, ensuring it's placed 2cm above the crease of your elbow.
  • Turn on the device and press the start button for automatic measuring. The whole process should take approximately 50 seconds.
