Zydalis MD 20 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Sometimes, it is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). It contains Tadalafil, which works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis; this allows the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction. It relaxes the bladder and prostate muscles, thereby reducing enlarged prostate symptoms such as difficulty in urination and urgent need to urinate. About Zydalis MD 20 Tablet

Zydalis MD 20 Tablet is a prescription medicine primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction, which is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity, and the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (an enlarged prostate). It works by relaxing certain blood vessels and smooth muscles, improving blood flow where it is needed and helping relieve urinary symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate.

Depending on your doctor's recommendation, you may take this medicine once daily at the same time each day or only when needed before sexual activity. You can take the tablet with or without food because meals do not significantly affect how the medicine is absorbed.
