Vitazyme Capsule is a digestive aid primarily used to treat the digestive disorder and proper digestion of starch or carbohydrate in the diet into a simpler form of sugar/carbohydrate. It is also an appetite stimulant (increases hunger) that effectively treats acid indigestion (heartburn), flatulence (gas), epigastric distress (upper abdominal pain), and eructation (burping). Vitazyme Capsule can also relieve other digestive disorders like pancreatic insufficiency (inability to produce pancreatic enzymes) and abdominal discomfort. Indigestion is the inability to digest the complex form of food associated with a sour stomach and gas formation with mild pain/discomfort in the stomach.

Vitazyme Capsule contains two digestive enzymes, namely: Fungal diastase and Lactic acid bacillus. Fungal diastase is a starch hydrolyzing or amylolytic enzyme that breaks down the starch into simple sugars (maltose) for easy digestion of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Lactic acid bacillus is a beneficial lactic acid-producing bacteria (good bacteria) that supports the growth of friendly bacteria in the intestine, maintaining a healthy balance of microflora in the gut environment. Lactic acid bacillus prevents the loss of beneficial bacteria in the intestine. Thus, together Vitazyme Capsule aids digestive disorders and gastric problems. 

Vitazyme Capsule should be taken as recommended it. Vitazyme Capsule is generally safe to use. However, some may experience side effects like a feeling of sickness, skin rash, painful urination, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting. Although not everyone experiences these side effects, please seek medical attention if they occur.

Inform your doctor if you have any allergic reactions to pork protein before starting Vitazyme Capsule . If you have a history of inflammation/swelling of the pancreas (acute pancreatitis), let your doctor know about it. Do not take Vitazyme Capsule if you're allergic to any ingredient in it. If you have a history of swelling/inflammation of the pancreas (acute pancreatitis), let your doctor know. Sleep with your head elevated (at least 6 inches) above your feet can decrease the acid reflux symptoms. Intake of probiotics, prebiotics, and plenty of fluids is recommended if you suffer from indigestion. Avoid taking Vitazyme Capsule within 2 hours after you take any antibiotic medicine. It is not known if Vitazyme Capsule is excreted into breast milk. So, pregnant and breastfeeding women should use Vitazyme Capsule with proper consultation and caution. Alcohol consumption and smoking can make the stomach produce more acid, leading to heartburn, so avoid its usage during treatment.
