If you forget to take Vipteno 300mg Tablet within 12 hours of your usual dosing time, you should take it with food as soon as possible and go back to the normal dosing schedule. If you miss a dose of Vipteno 300mg Tablet by more than 12 hours and it is almost time for your next dose, you should skip the missed dose and simply resume the regular dosing schedule.
