Verzio 1% Cream 30 gm belongs to a class of medications called anthelmintics. It is used to treat lesions of Rosacea. Rosacea is a long-term medical condition that mostly affects the skin of the face, causing redness on the forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose.

Verzio 1% Cream 30 gm contains Ivermectin, which acts as an anti-inflammatory drug. Verzio 1% Cream 30 gm helps calm the skin and reduce irritation and redness associated with rosacea. Ivermectin also has antiparasitic properties and thus acts against Demodex mites which may contribute to rosacea symptoms.

Verzio 1% Cream 30 gm is for external use only. In some cases, the Verzio 1% Cream 30 gm may cause dryness, burning, itching, redness, or stinging of the skin as side effects. Most of these side effects eventually resolve over time without the need for medical intervention. Consult your doctor if any side effects worsen or persist.

• Treatment of Rosacea: Verzio 1% Cream 30 gm is used to treat pimples and spots associated with rosacea.
• Reduction of Skin Inflammation: Verzio 1% Cream 30 gm helps to reduce inflammation within the surface of the skin associated with rosacea.
• Management of Parasitic Skin Infections: Verzio 1% Cream 30 gm may be recommended by dermatologists off-label for treating scabies and cutaneous larva migrans in certain cases where oral treatment is not suitable or as adjunct treatment.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Cream: Apply a pea-size amount of cream to the affected areas of the face (forehead, nose, chin, each cheek) avoiding the eyes and lips. Spread as a thin layer.
• Lotion: Apply sufficient amount of lotion thoroughly to below the neck and on the affected body as advised by the doctor. Shake well before use.
• Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and lips.
