Bacterial infections are caused due to the multiplication of harmful bacteria inside or on the body. Infectious or harmful bacteria can make you sick and reproduce quickly in your body. Vepan CV 500 mg Tablet 10's does not work against infections caused by the virus, including cold and flu.

Vepan CV 500 mg Tablet 10's is a combination of two antibiotics, namely: Cefadroxil (cephalosporin antibiotic) and Clavulanic acid (beta-lactamase inhibitor). Cefadroxil works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering, which is necessary for their survival. Thereby, kills the bacteria. Co-administration of Vepan CV 500 mg Tablet with Cholera, live attenuated may reduce the effectiveness of the vaccine.

How to manage the interaction:

To ensure adequate vaccine response, you should not receive cholera vaccine until at least 14 days after you complete your antibiotic therapy.
