Ultimont-Lc 4 Tablet is used to treat various kinds of allergies in children. It contains levocetirizine, a non-drowsy antihistamine. Levocetirizine blocks the effects of a chemical messenger known as histamine, which is naturally involved in allergic reactions. Ultimont-Lc 4 Tablet is used to treat various kinds of allergies. An allergy is an immune system response to foreign elements, typically not harmful to the body. These foreign elements are known as allergens. Allergic condition varies from person to person. Some might be allergic to certain foods and seasonal allergies like hay fever.

Ultimont-Lc 4 Tablet contains levocetirizine, a non-drowsy antihistamine that helps manage allergic reactions. It works by blocking the effects of histamine, a natural chemical in the body that causes allergy symptoms. By reducing histamine activity, Ultimont-Lc 4 Tablet helps relieve symptoms such as itching, swelling, redness, runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes commonly associated with allergies.

In some cases, your child may experience headaches, dry mouth, sickness, dizziness, stomach pain and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if you notice any of these side effects persist or worsen your child’s condition, inform your doctor immediately.

Inform your doctor about your child's entire medical history. Other drugs or supplements should not be combined with Ultimont-Lc 4 Tablet unless prescribed by a doctor. Do not give this medicine unless prescribed by the doctor.

What if I have taken an overdose of Ultimont-Lc 4 Tablet

Please do not exceed the recommended dose, as it might cause an overdose. Signs and symptoms of an overdose of Ultimont-Lc 4 Tablet may include restlessness and agitation. Seek immediate medical attention if you observe any symptoms or think you have taken too much. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.
