About Twinacidosis Tablet

Twinacidosis Tablet is mainly used to treat acid indigestion, heartburn, sour stomach, and stomach upset. Twinacidosis Tablet may also be prescribed to make the blood or urine less acidic in certain conditions. It helps correct the acid-alkaline balance in the body.

Twinacidosis Tablet contains sodium bicarbonate, which helps neutralize the stomach's acidic pH. Thereby, Twinacidosis Tablet helps to provide relief from acidity.

Sometimes, you may experience common side effects such as dry mouth, urinating more than usual, and increased thirst. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually. However, talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Inform your doctor if you have any conditions like high blood pressure, kidney, liver or heart disease, or have recently had bleeding in the stomach. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning for pregnancy or breastfeeding.

  • Stomach Upset: Twinacidosis Tablet reduces stomach upset and conditions like sour stomach and acidity by reducing acidity, soothing the stomach lining, and restoring a balanced digestive environment.

Directions for Use

What if I have taken an overdose of Twinacidosis Tablet

Take Twinacidosis Tablet only as prescribed by the physician. Avoid exceeding the recommended dose as it could lead to an overdose. Symptoms of overdose may include muscle spasms and seizures. If you experience these symptoms or suspect you have taken an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

Twinacidosis Tablet is an antacid that helps neutralize stomach acid during indigestion and heartburn. Twinacidosis Tablet may also be prescribed to make the blood or urine less acidic in certain conditions.

Twinacidosis Tablet has alkaline pH, which helps in neutralising the acidic pH in the stomach. Thereby, Twinacidosis Tablet helps to provide relief from acidity and heartburn.

Do not take Twinacidosis Tablet for longer than two weeks unless prescribed by the doctor. If there is no symptomatic improvement despite using Twinacidosis Tablet for 1-2 weeks, consult your doctor.

Twinacidosis Tablet can be taken with other medicines if prescribed by the doctor. However, you are advised to maintain a gap of 2 hours between Twinacidosis Tablet and other medicines.

Dry mouth could be a side-effect of Twinacidosis Tablet. Limiting caffeine intake, avoiding smoking, drinking water regularly and chewing sugar-free gum/candy might stimulate saliva and prevent drying of the mouth.

If you have kidney problems, please consult your doctor before taking Twinacidosis Tablet as it may possibly affect kidney function.

Twinacidosis Tablet may cause side effects such as increased thirst, stomach cramps, gas, dry mouth and urinating more than usual. If these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Store Twinacidosis Tablet at room temperature. Protect from light. Keep it out of reach of children.

Twinacidosis Tablet overdose may lead to hyperventilation (over breathing), twitching, very sensitive to light stimuli and high potassium levels in the blood which may cause dizziness or tiredness. Therefore, if you suspect you have taken overdose of Twinacidosis Tablet, please seek medical help immediately.

Pregnant women are recommended to consult their doctor before using Twinacidosis Tablet or any antacid, as it may worsen high blood pressure during pregnancy.

Twinacidosis Tablet should be used for as long as it is advised by your doctor. However, do not use Twinacidosis Tablet for more than 2 weeks without consulting a doctor. If acid problems persist or worsen after 2 weeks of self-treatment, seek medical help.
