About Tizalud DP 50 mg/325 mg/2 mg Tablet
Tizalud DP 50 mg/325 mg/2 mg Tablet is a combination medicine that contains pain relievers and muscle relaxants. It is used to treat spasticity (muscle stiffness and spasms) associated with pain. Pain is a symptom triggered by the nervous system, causing uncomfortable sensations in the body. A muscle spasm occurs due to involuntary contractions of a muscle. A spasm may be a muscle cramp or feel tight or stiff, like a knot.
Tizalud DP 50 mg/325 mg/2 mg Tablet contains Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Tizanidine. Diclofenac and Paracetamol blocks prostaglandins (PGs) that cause pain and swelling. Tizanidine works on the centres of the spinal cord and brain. This helps relieve muscle stiffness and improves muscle movements. As a result, Tizalud DP 50 mg/325 mg/2 mg Tablet helps to reduce muscle stiffness, spasms, and pain. In addition, paracetamol lowers the high temperature by affecting the chemical messengers in an area of the brain that regulates body temperature.
Tizalud DP 50 mg/325 mg/2 mg Tablet is prescribed medication, and it should be taken as directed by the doctor. In some cases, you may experience common side effects such as vomiting, diarrhoea, headaches, drowsiness and ringing in your ears (tinnitus), fluctuations in blood pressure, dry mouth, stomach upsets, and a decrease or increase in heart rate. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually. If any of these effects persist, consult your doctor.

Before taking Tizalud DP 50 mg/325 mg/2 mg Tablet, tell your doctor about your medical history and other medications you are currently taking to rule out any possible side effects.
