Telzox M 25 Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Hypertension is a condition characterised by increased blood pressure within blood vessels.

Telzox M 25 Tablet contains metoprolol tartrate and telmisartan, which work together to control high blood pressure. It helps relax blood vessels and improves smooth blood flow. Take Telzox M 25 Tablet as prescribed by your doctor.
