Symptoms of high blood pressure include headache, dizziness, nose bleed, changes in vision, chest pain, weakness and dyspnoea (shortness of breath).
Telsavir M 50 Tablet 15's is a combination of two high blood pressure-lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol succinate. Telmisartan belongs to the class of drugs called Angiotensin II receptor antagonists that works by blocking the angiotensin II receptor, relaxing the blood vessels and lowering the blood pressure. Metoprolol succinate belongs to the class of drugs known as beta-blockers which reduces blood pressure by allowing the blood to flow more smoothly. Together, Telsavir M 50 Tablet 15's helps in reducing the raised blood pressure.

Do not take Telsavir M 50 Tablet 15's if you are allergic to telmisartan or metoprolol succinate. Inform your doctor if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors, aliskiren, quinidine, disopyramide, or other blood pressure-lowering medicines. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Telsavir M 50 Tablet 15's. Telsavir M 50 Tablet 15's is not recommended for children. Telsavir M 50 Tablet 15's may cause dizziness and tiredness, so drive or operate heavy machinery only if you are alert.
