About Telma MCT 25/6.25 Tablet

Telma MCT 25/6.25 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Telma MCT 25/6.25 Tablet helps lower blood pressure, thereby reducing the chances of heart problems such as heart attack and stroke. High blood pressure is a condition in which the blood exerts increased pressure on the walls of blood vessels.

Telma MCT 25/6.25 Tablet is a combination of chlorthalidone, telmisartan, and metoprolol succinate. Telma MCT 25/6.25 Tablet relaxes the blood vessels and lowers the blood pressure. It also reduces swelling by removing excess fluid and electrolytes via urine.

Sometimes, you may experience common side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, stomach upset, and weakness. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
