• Avoid consuming dairy products, calcium-fortified juices, or supplements containing calcium, iron, magnesium, or zinc within 2 hours of taking your dose, as they bind to the medication and stop your body from absorbing it.
• Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) and protective clothing when outdoors, as this medication makes your skin highly sensitive to sunburn. Avoid tanning beds.
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay well-hydrated and to help wash the medication down completely, protecting your throat.
• If you are taking this medicine for acne, practice a gentle skincare routine using non-comedogenic products and avoid picking or squeezing blemishes.
• Consider taking a high-quality probiotic supplement or eating fermented foods a few hours after your antibiotic dose to help maintain healthy gut bacteria.

• Always take each dose with a full glass of water and remain upright for 30 minutes to prevent painful throat ulcers.
