T-Lamirenz Tablet is used in the treatment of HIV infection. The detailed uses of T-Lamirenz Tablet are as follows:

• Managing HIV-1 Infection: T-Lamirenz Tablet is used to treat individuals diagnosed with HIV-1. It includes Efavirenz, Lamivudine, and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate, which work together to control the virus effectively in adults and children weighing 35 kg or more.
• Inhibiting Viral Multiplication: T-Lamirenz Tablet helps stop the virus from multiplying by targeting the reverse transcriptase enzyme, a critical component in HIV’s replication cycle. This action reduces the amount of virus in the body and slows down disease progression.
• Strengthening Immune Response: By reducing the viral load, T-Lamirenz Tablet contributes to an increase in CD4 cell counts, which are important for defending the body against infections. This leads to improved immune system performance.
• Lowering the Risk of AIDS-related Complications: Consistent use of T-Lamirenz Tablet helps prevent the development of AIDS and decreases the likelihood of opportunistic infections such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, and certain cancers.

T-Lamirenz Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Efavirenz, Lamivudine, and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate. These drugs belong to a group of medicines called nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitors. They work by inhibiting the reverse transcriptase enzyme from working, which is required by the HIV-infected cells to make new viruses. This effect helps to inhibit viral replication. T-Lamirenz Tablet also increases the CD4 cell (white blood cells that protect against infection) count in your blood.

• T-Lamirenz Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, or as prescribed by your doctor.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Swallow T-Lamirenz Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush, or break it.

• Avoid eating raw eggs, meats, or seafood (including sushi and oysters/shellfish).
• Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Use a separate cutting board for raw meats.
• Wash hands, utensils, and cutting boards with soap and water after each use.
• Eating a diet high in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes.
• Choosing lean, low-fat sources of protein.
• Limiting sweets, soft drinks, and foods with added sugar.
• Including proteins, carbohydrates, and a little good fat in all meals and snacks.

It is not recommended to take T-Lamirenz Tablet if you are allergic to any contents of it. Before taking T-Lamirenz Tablet, inform your doctor if you have any liver disease, hepatitis B or C (liver infections), CNS disorders, hypercholesterolemia, and kidney disease. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. T-Lamirenz Tablet should not be given to children below 2 years of age. T-Lamirenz Tablet should be used with caution in elderly patients. Alcohol consumption may increase the risk of side-effects. T-Lamirenz Tablet may cause dizziness, so do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you feel dizzy. T-Lamirenz Tablet should be used with caution due to the increased risk of immune reconstitution syndrome, decreased bone mineral density, pancreatitis, and lactic acidosis.
