Take Supracal ISO Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Supracal ISO Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. You are not recommended to take Supracal ISO Tablet if you have hypercalcemia (high levels of calcium in the blood) as it may worsen the condition. However, calcium and vitamin D levels may be checked before starting treatment with Supracal ISO Tablet .

If used in large doses, Supracal ISO Tablet may cause hypercalciuria (excess calcium in the urine). Therefore, to prevent such conditions, take Supracal ISO Tablet in doses and for the duration as advised by a doctor.

You are not recommended to take Supracal ISO Tablet with levothyroxine as co-administration of these two medicines simultaneously may reduce levothyroxine's effectiveness. However, if you are supposed to take both medicines, you are advised to maintain a time gap of a minimum of 4 hours between taking Supracal ISO Tablet and levothyroxine.

Supracal ISO Tablet is not recommended for patients having kidney stones as it may worsen the condition. Therefore, inform your doctor if you have kidney stones or other kidney problems before taking Supracal ISO Tablet .
