About Sotret Gel

Sotret Gel belongs to a class of drugs called retinoids, used to treat acne. Acne is a common skin condition that occurs when hair follicles are blocked with dead skin cells and oil.

Sotret Gel contains 'isotretinoin', a form of vitamin A that works by reducing sebum production and decreasing the activity and size of sebaceous glands. Thereby, unblocks pores and kills acne-causing bacteria.

Directions for Use

Apply Sotret Gel once daily at bedtime; however, follow your doctor's advice regarding the dosage and duration.
Wash the affected area with a mild soap and warm water, and gently pat dry. Apply a thin film of Sotret Gel on the affected skin using your fingertips.
Wash your hands before and after using Sotret Gel.
Do not use Sotret Gel on any irritated areas of the skin, such as cuts, grazes, sunburn, or broken skin.
