Sincorex Advance Tablet

Sincorex Advance Tablet belongs to the class of antihistamines. It is used to relieve symptoms of a common cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, and a blocked nose. The common cold is an infection of the nose and throat caused by viruses.

Sincorex Advance Tablet is a combination of aceclofenac, paracetamol, phenylephrine, cetirizine, and caffeine as active ingredients. It works by blocking the action of certain substances responsible for causing allergic reactions.

Sincorex Advance Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, nervousness, dry mouth, constipation, and trouble sleeping. If these side effects persist for a longer duration, consult your doctor immediately. Take Sincorex Advance Tablet as prescribed by your doctor.

Do not use Sincorex Advance Tablet if you are allergic to it or any other contents. • Relieves cold and allergy symptoms: Sincorex Advance Tablet helps manage runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal congestion caused by colds or seasonal allergies.
• Reduces inflammation, pain, and fever: Sincorex Advance Tablet block chemical messengers that cause body aches, headaches, and elevated temperature.

• Take Sincorex Advance Tablet with food to reduce stomach upset.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication, to ensure the safety.
• Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew it.

Sincorex Advance Tablet combines paracetamol, aceclofenac, paracetamol, phenylephrine, cetirizine, and caffeine. Paracetamol inhibits the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) in the brain, which are responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine helps shrink the blood vessels in the nasal passage, reducing the stuffy nose. Aceclofenac works by inhibiting the effect of chemical messengers like prostaglandins (responsible for producing pain and inflammation). This helps relieve allergic symptoms such as sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, or stiffness. 

Let your doctor know about your complete medical and medication history to rule out any side effects. Sincorex Advance Tablet may cause drowsiness, so do not take alcohol as it causes excessive drowsiness. Also, do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you are drowsy. Caution should be exercised if you have any history of liver/kidney disease, epilepsy, asthma, breathing problems, and heart disease while taking Sincorex Advance Tablet. This medicine is not recommended for use in children below 6 years of age as the safety is not established. Limited information is available on the use of medicine in special populations.
