Silogreat-M 50 Tablet 10's contains Mirabegron and Silodosin. Mirabegron works by reducing the activity of an overactive bladder and treats related symptoms. Silodosin works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland. Thus, it makes it easier to pass urine and helps relieve urinary symptoms.
