Siliryl Lotion comprises clobetasol and salicylic acid. Clobetasol blocks the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) that are responsible for making the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Salicylic acid breaks down the clumps of keratin, removes dead skin cells, and helps in softening of the skin.
