Please do not exceed the recommended dose, as it might cause an overdose. Signs and symptoms of Shelcal -OS Tablet 15 overdose may include anorexia (eating disorder), lack of energy, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, weight loss, polyuria (excessive urination), sweating, headache, thirst, vertigo, and raised concentrations of calcium and phosphate in plasma and urine. Seek immediate medical attention if you observe any symptoms or think you have taken too much. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.
