Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm is a combination medicine used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, strain, sprain, arthritis, and low back pain. Musculoskeletal pain could occur due to arthritis, osteoporosis, fractures, dislocations, problems with the bone structure, or injury to the bones, joints, tendons, muscles, and ligaments. Osteoarthritis is a joint disease in which the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage.

Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm contains Diclofenac, Methyl salicylate, Menthol and Absolute alcohol. Diclofenac and Methyl salicylate work by blocking the effect of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make another chemical, prostaglandin (PG). By blocking the effect of COX enzymes, fewer PGs are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site. Menthol and Absolute alcohol provide a cooling sensation by dilating the blood vessels, followed by an analgesic effect. It also enhances the penetration of drugs. Together, Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm helps in providing relief from pain.

Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm is for external use only. Use Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm as prescribed. You are advised to use Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience specific common side effects, such as application site reactions, including itching, irritation, redness, and burning sensations. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm can increase your risk of a fatal heart attack or stroke. So, if you have had any recent heart surgery, do not use Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm. Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm increases the chances of stomach ulcers and bleeding. Consult a doctor before using Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm is not recommended for children below 14 years as the safety and effectiveness have not been established. Avoid or limit exposure to natural or artificial sunlight as Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm may cause ultraviolet light-induced skin tumours. Do not take any other NSAIDs for pain relief along with Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm unless prescribed.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safe and effective use.
• Prime the pump by spraying it into the air 2-3 times before using it for the first time. Point the nozzle towards the application area and spray the medication from at least 6- 8 inches away from the application site for even distribution of the drug. 
• Gently spread the medication if required; do not rub. Always keep the nozzle in the upright position.
• Do not apply Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm to skin with cuts, open wounds, infections, or rashes. If Serrini Nano Gel 30 gm comes into contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse with water immediately.

Inform your doctor if you have peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, bleeding problems, hepatic or renal insufficiency.
