About Saptob Eye Ointment 3 gm

Saptob Eye Ointment 3 gm contains tobramycin, an antibiotic that works by killing the infection-causing bacteria. Thus, Saptob Eye Ointment 3 gm treats bacterial eye infections.

Use Saptob Eye Ointment 3 gm as prescribed by your doctor. Directions for Use

  • Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
  • Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.
  • Saptob Eye Ointment 3 gm is for ophthalmic use only. Not for injection.
  • Do not touch the dropper tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate solution.
