• Do not crush, chew, or break it.

• Eat a calcium-rich diet: Include foods naturally high in calcium, such as milk, yoghurt, cheese, fortified plant-based alternatives, tofu, broccoli, and leafy green vegetables to support healthy bones.
• Stay physically active: Perform regular weight-bearing and muscle-strengthening exercises, such as brisk walking, stair climbing, dancing, or resistance training, to help maintain bone strength and improve balance.
• Avoid smoking and limit alcohol: Smoking and excessive alcohol intake can accelerate bone loss, reduce bone strength, and increase the risk of falls and fractures.
• Get safe sunlight exposure: Spend a short time outdoors in sunlight, when appropriate, to help your body produce vitamin D, which is essential for calcium absorption and bone health. Follow your healthcare provider's advice if you have been prescribed vitamin D supplements instead.

• Take the tablet with plain water: Swallow Rockbon Kit with a full glass of plain tap or bottled water. Avoid taking it with mineral water, coffee, tea, juice, or other beverages, as they can reduce the medicine's absorption.
• Wait before eating or taking other medicines: Do not eat, drink anything except plain water, or take other medicines or supplements for at least 60 minutes after taking your dose, or longer if advised for your specific product.
• Stay upright after taking your dose: Remain sitting, standing, or walking upright for at least 60 minutes after taking the tablet, and do not lie down, to help reduce the risk of irritation or ulcers in the food pipe (oesophagus).
• Inform your dentist: Tell your dentist that you are taking Rockbon Kit before undergoing any dental procedures, especially tooth extractions or implants, as bisphosphonates can rarely affect jawbone healing.
• Report unusual thigh or groin pain: Contact your doctor promptly if you develop new, persistent pain in your hip, groin, or thigh, as this may be an early sign of a rare atypical femur fracture associated with long-term treatment.
