Rinosec Drops is a combination medicine indicated as a nasal decongestant and anti-allergic in paediatric patients. It provides relief from symptoms of a cold, such as a runny nose, a stuffy nose, sneezing, itching of the nose and throat, itchy/watery eyes, nasal congestion, and swelling of the nasal passages.

Rinosec Drops contains Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephrine. Chlorpheniramine relieves allergy/cold symptoms. Phenylephrine provides relief from congestion. Together, Rinosec Drops provides relief from colds and allergies.
