It contains Diclofenac, which works by blocking the effect of an enzyme called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) that produces prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Be cautious as Ralisart-H Tablet may also increase the risk of stomach or intestinal bleeding.
