Prolomet T 25 Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Hypertension is a condition in which the force of the blood against the artery walls is too high. Symptoms include headache, dizziness, nosebleeds, changes in vision, chest pain, weakness, and dyspnea (shortness of breath).

Prolomet T 25 Tablet is a combination of Telmisartan and Metoprolol. This medicine relaxes the blood vessels and lowers the blood pressure.

Not everyone who takes Prolomet T 25 Tablet will experience these side effects. In some cases, you may experience common side effects, including headache, nausea, dizziness, weakness, stomach pain, and a slow heart rate. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time.

You can take Prolomet T 25 Tablet with or without food. It should be swallowed as a whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, bite, crush, or break it.
