About Presolar Capsule

Presolar Capsule is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Hypertension is a condition in which the blood exerts high pressure (force exerted by circulating blood) against the walls of blood vessels.

Presolar Capsule contains atenolol and nifedipine, which work together to control high blood pressure. It helps relax blood vessels and improves blood flow throughout the body. It also supports better heart function and helps prevent chest pain.

You may experience nausea, tiredness, stomach upset/constipation, cold hands or feet, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), dizziness, headache, sleepiness, palpitations (pounding of the heart), and swelling of the ankles or feet. Talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not stop taking Presolar Capsule without consulting your doctor since it may worsen your condition and increase the risk of future heart problems. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please tell your doctor so that the dosage of Presolar Capsule can be prescribed accordingly. Reduce the amount of table salt (sodium chloride) in your diet.
