Pletameg-50 Tablet contains cilostazol, which works by expanding the veins and reducing the stickiness of the platelets. Therefore, it enhances the blood flow to the lower limbs.
You may experience headache, dizziness, diarrhoea, abnormal stool, palpitations (racing or skipping a heartbeat), chest pain, bleeding, loss of appetite, and rashes.
