Phentix Injection 1's belongs to the class of medicines called antihistamines used to treat allergic symptoms. An allergy occurs when foreign elements known as allergens attack and invade our body thereby causing the release of histamine (a chemical messenger) that causes swelling, inflammation, redness, itchiness, and watery nose, throat, and eyes.
Phentix Injection 1's contains Pheniramine that works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions. It directly acts on the brain and relieves symptoms of allergies by preventing the release of histamine. It helps to provide relief from allergic symptoms.
Phentix Injection 1's will be administered by a healthcare professional; do not self-administer. Some people may experience a stinging or burning sensation at the injection site, rapid or irregular heartbeat, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, restlessness, dry mouth, weakness or headache. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
If you are allergic to Pheniramine or any other ingredients and are being treated for an enlarged prostate gland or overactive thyroid, inform your doctor. Please consult a doctor before taking Phentix Injection 1's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid consumption of alcohol with Phentix Injection 1's as it may increase the risk of adverse effects of Pheniramine.
