Pemgem Rfa 100Mg/2.5Ml Inj belongs to the group of medicines called folate analogue metabolic inhibitors used alone or in combination with other anti-cancer medicines to treat non-small cell lung cancer and malignant pleural mesothelioma (cancer affecting the lining of the lung).

Pemgem Rfa 100Mg/2.5Ml Inj contains Pemetrexed, which works by blocking the action of substances that may help the cancer cells multiply.

In some cases, Pemgem Rfa 100Mg/2.5Ml Inj may cause side effects such as diarrhoea, tiredness, nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. Do not be reluctant to talk with your doctor if any of the side effects persist or worsen.

The detailed uses of Pemgem Rfa 100Mg/2.5Ml Inj are as follows:<br/>• Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): Pemgem Rfa 100Mg/2.5Ml Inj is used alone or in combination with other agents for advanced or metastatic NSCLC, especially in patients who are not candidates for surgery.<br/>• Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma: Pemgem Rfa 100Mg/2.5Ml Inj is often combined with cisplatin to treat this aggressive cancer affecting the lining of the lungs.<br/>

Directions for Use

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.• Pemgem Rfa 100Mg/2.5Ml Inj will be administered by a nurse or doctor.• Do not self-administer.
