Your doctor may prescribe PEDA HIB INJECTION to treat the following conditions:

• Prevention of Hib meningitis: Helps protect against infection of the brain and spinal cord lining caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b.
• Prevention of Hib pneumonia: Reduces the risk of serious bacterial lung infections.

• Use a cool compress: Apply a clean, cool cloth to the injection site if soreness or swelling develops.
