Orkomyth-NT Tablet 10's combines three drugs: Mecobalamin, Pregabalin, and Nortriptyline. Mecobalamin is a vitamin that aids in producing myelin, which protects nerve fibres and regenerates damaged nerve cells. Pregabalin reduces pain by interfering with pain messages travelling through the brain and down the spine.
