Your doctor may prescribe Olmo-M Tablet to help manage the following condition: 

• High blood pressure (Hypertension): Olmo-M Tablet helps relax your blood vessels and slow down your heart rate, which makes it easier for your heart to pump blood throughout your body.

When used as directed as part of your treatment plan, Olmo-M Tablet may provide the following benefits:

• Helps protect your heart and blood vessels: Keeping your blood pressure under control may lower the risk of complications such as heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage over time.

• Simplifies treatment: Combining two blood pressure medicines in one tablet may make your treatment plan easier to follow.

• Olmo-M Tablet can be taken with or without food or as directed by your doctor.
• It is preferable to take Olmo-M Tablet at the same time every day for better results. Follow your doctor’s recommendations on the dosage and timing of this medication to achieve optimal results.
• Swallow Olmo-M Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break it.

• Stand up slowly: To prevent dizziness or fainting, take your time when rising from a sitting or lying position.
• Check your pulse regularly: Since this medicine can slow your heart rate, monitor your pulse and inform your doctor if it drops below 50 beats per minute or if you feel unusually weak.
