Olmirose-AM 40 Tablet contains Olmesartan and Amlodipine. Olmesartan works by blocking the hormone angiotensin, thereby relaxing blood vessels. Amlodipine, reduces the heart's workload and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
