Oleptal DT 450 Tablet contains oxcarbazepine, which works by reducing the attacks of seizures or epilepsy by decreasing the nerve impulses that cause fits. Thereby, this medicine helps treat epilepsy/seizures.

You are advised to take Oleptal DT 450 Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience common side effects, such as headache, vomiting, visual disturbances, fatigue, tremors, drowsiness, nausea, abnormal voluntary movements, dizziness, and involuntary eye movements.
