Ojvas EZ 10mg/10mg Tablet is primarily used to treat high cholesterol levels. Dyslipidaemia (high cholesterol level) is the deposition of unhealthy levels of fats (lipids) in the blood.

Ojvas EZ 10mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of rosuvastatin and ezetimibe. Rosuvastatin blocks liver enzymes, causing the liver to make less cholesterol. Ezetimibe avoids the absorption of cholesterol from the intestines. Together, they provide a better decrease in cholesterol in your body.

You may experience nausea, muscle pain, weakness, joint pain, headache, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, upper respiratory tract infection, and the common cold. Most of these side effects of Ojvas EZ 10mg/10mg Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

• Cardiovascular Risk Reduction: By lowering cholesterol levels, Ojvas EZ 10mg/10mg Tablet significantly decreases the chances of heart attacks and strokes in individuals with cardiovascular conditions or risk factors.
• Familial Hypercholesterolemia Treatment: Ojvas EZ 10mg/10mg Tablet is prescribed to manage lipid levels in patients with familial hypercholesterolemia, a genetic disorder leading to very high cholesterol levels.
• Improving HDL Cholesterol: Ojvas EZ 10mg/10mg Tablet also boosts HDL cholesterol ('good' cholesterol), promoting better heart health.
