Offry Ols 200mg/500mg Tablet belongs to the class of medications called ‘Anti-bacterials,’ primarily used to treat diarrhoea and dysentery caused by infections. It also helps prevent or treat various other conditions, such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, intra-abdominal infections, recurrent infections caused by Clostridium difficile, and postoperative infections. Diarrhoea is a condition in which bowel movements are too frequent, leading to loose and watery stools. Dysentery is an intestinal infection that causes severe diarrhoea with visible blood in the stool, often triggered by bacteria or parasites.
