Nosramycin Eye Ointment 5 gm is composed of Bacitracin, Neomycin, and Polymyxin B. Bacitracin inhibits the synthesis of bacterial cell walls. Neomycin prevents the synthesis of essential proteins. Polymyxin B destroys bacterial membranes and causes the loss of essential metabolites in bacteria.
