Norti-Z Tablet 10's is primarily used to treat diarrhoea, dysentery, and stomach infections.  Dysentery is an intestinal infection generally lasting for three to seven days, causing severe diarrhoea with blood. Diarrhoea is a condition characterised by frequent bowel movements, resulting in loose, watery stools.

Norti-Z Tablet 10's is a combination of norfloxacin and tinidazole. Norfloxacin helps by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and, hence, killing the bacteria. Tinidazole kills parasites that cause infections by damaging their DNA.

Some side effects of Norti-Z Tablet 10's include nausea, dryness of mouth, stomach upset, and headache.  Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Do not take Norti-Z Tablet 10's if you are allergic to Norti-Z Tablet 10's, tinidazole, norfloxacin, or any of its ingredients, as it can lead to abnormal neurological signs (such as dizziness, vertigo, and difficulty in controlling movements).  Norti-Z Tablet 10's should not be taken if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.   • Do not take Norti-Z Tablet 10's if you are allergic to Norti-Z Tablet 10's, tinidazole, norfloxacin, or any of its ingredients.
