Nimuttle-MD Tablet is used to treat pain and dysmenorrhea (painful periods or menstrual cramps). Besides this, it is also used to treat dental pain, which can occur due to damage to the tooth nerve, infection, decay, extraction, or injury. It contains Nimesulide, which works by blocking the effect of a chemical known as prostaglandin, responsible for inducing pain and inflammation in the body. It may cause common side effects like nausea, diarrhoea, changes in liver enzymes, and vomiting. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

About Nimuttle-MD Tablet

Nimuttle-MD Tablet is used to treat pain and dysmenorrhea (painful periods or menstrual cramps). They are also used to treat dental pain, which can occur due to damage to the tooth nerve, infection, decay, extraction, or injury.

Nimuttle-MD Tablet contains Nimesulide, which works by blocking the effect of a chemical known as prostaglandin, which is responsible for inducing pain and inflammation in the body.

Like all medicines, Nimuttle-MD Tablet may cause common side effects like nausea, diarrhoea, changes in liver enzymes, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not necessitate medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, consult a doctor.

Do not take Nimuttle-MD Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. It is not recommended for use in children, people with liver disease, heart disease, and gastric ulcers/bleeding problems. Nimuttle-MD Tablet may affect fertility and can pass in milk. The use of Nimuttle-MD Tablet should be avoided in pregnant and nursing mothers.

Do not take more than the prescribed dose of Nimuttle-MD Tablet as it may cause kidney problems. If you suspect you have taken an overdose, please consult a doctor immediately.

Drug Warnings

  • Avoid taking Nimuttle-MD Tablet if you are allergic to it.
  • Please inform your doctor before starting Nimuttle-MD Tablet if you have an active stomach ulcer, recent gastrointestinal bleeding, asthma, or recent bypass heart surgery.
  • Also, let your doctor know if you have any history of allergy to any painkillers, heart disease, or severe renal/hepatic impairment.
  • Nimuttle-MD Tablet is not recommended in case of alcoholism, drug addiction, or coagulation problems.
