Nemifen P 100/325 Tablet 10'S is composed of Nimesulide and Paracetamol, which work by blocking the effect of prostaglandins, a chemical responsible for inducing pain and inflammation in the body. It also lowers the elevated body temperature by promoting heat loss (through sweating).
