Naditret Plus Cream is a combination medicine containing miconazole, mometasone and nadifloxacin used in the treatment of bacterial and fungal infections by killing and stopping the growth of bacteria and fungi. It is used in treating skin infections such as eczema, psoriasis, ringworm infections, athlete’s foot, jock itch, insect bites, allergies or irritants, and stings. and helps reduces redness, itching, and swelling. Common side effects include dry skin, burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. It is an external preparation. Hence avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose and mouth.

About Naditret Plus Cream

Naditret Plus Cream belongs to the class of dermatological medications, primarily used to treat bacterial and fungal skin infections. Skin infection occurs when foreign microorganisms like fungi or bacteria invade the skin and affect the tissues.

Naditret Plus Cream consists of Miconazole nitrate, Mometasone furoate, and Nadifloxacin. Miconazole nitrate stops the growth of fungi by causing damage to the fungal cell membrane. Mometasone furoate inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. Nadifloxacin works by interfering with the bacterial enzyme that repairs and replicates bacteria's DNA (genetic material).

Use Naditret Plus Cream as advised. Common side effects of Naditret Plus Cream include dry skin, burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. These side effects usually do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist longer, please seek medical help.

Do not use topical Naditret Plus Cream on open wounds, blisters and lesions. Naditret Plus Cream treats skin infections by killing and preventing the growth of microbes. Naditret Plus Cream is composed of Miconazole nitrate, Mometasone furoate, and Nadifloxacin. Miconazole nitrate is an antifungal agent that stops the growth of fungi by causing damage and leakage to the fungal cell membrane. Mometasone furoate is a corticosteroid. It blocks prostaglandins production (chemical messengers) that make the affected area red, swollen, and itchy. Nadifloxacin is an antibacterial drug that prevents the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

What if I have taken an overdose of Naditret Plus Cream

Do not apply Naditret Plus Cream in large amounts or use it for a long time than recommended, as it does not give quick or better results but increases the risk of side effects.

Drug Warnings

Let your doctor know if you have a history of liver/kidney diseases or allergic reactions to medicines before starting Naditret Plus Cream. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use Naditret Plus Cream with proper consultation and caution. Do not use Naditret Plus Cream on the face and avoid contact with the eyes, nose and throat.   • Avoid sharing towels, combs, bedsheets, shoes, or socks with others to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Wash your bed sheets and towels regularly.
  • Eat foods rich in quercetin (a flavonoid), such as apples, cherries, broccoli, spinach, and blueberries.
  • Consuming foods rich in probiotics helps develop the immune system against allergies.
  • Limit intake of food that might trigger allergies, such as dairy products, soy, eggs, and nuts.
  • Avoid consuming foods with excess sugar as it may flare up inflammation.
  • Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, and fish in your diet.
  • Avoiding getting in contact with harsh soaps, detergents, and rough fabrics.
