Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's is used to treat allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, congestion, and watery eyes. An allergy is the body's natural response to a foreign substance that may or may not be harmful. Symptoms of an allergy include a sore throat, hives, itching, and burning, among others.

Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's contains Ebastine and Montelukast. Ebastine blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Montelukast works by blocking the action of another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways.

In some cases, Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's may cause diarrhoea, dryness of the mouth, headache, sleepiness, and abdominal pain. These side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult a doctor immediately.

If you are allergic to Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's or any other ingredient present in it, please tell your doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is advised to consult a doctor before using Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's. If you are planning to be pregnant, please let your doctor know before taking Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's.

• Relief from Allergy Symptoms: Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's treats allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and reduces symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes caused by allergies.
• Management of Asthma Symptoms: Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's helps to manage asthma symptoms by reducing inflammation and improving breathing.
• Prevention of Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction: Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's prevents exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (EIB) by reducing airway constriction and improving breathing.

• Take Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's with or without food as advised by your doctor.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Swallow Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew it.

• Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's is a combination of two drugs, namely Montelukast and Ebastine.
• Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks the action of chemicals called leukotrienes released from the lungs, causing inflammation (swelling) and increased mucus production in the airways.

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is advised to inform your doctor before using the Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's.
• If you notice mood changes while taking Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's, please consult a doctor immediately. 
• Avoid alcohol consumption with Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's as it may increase drowsiness. 
• Drive only if you are alert, as the Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's may cause drowsiness or dizziness in some people. 
• Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and all the medicines you are taking before taking Monteliv-EM Tablet 10's to rule out any side effects. 
• Inform your doctor if you are suffering from kidney, liver, or heart disease or galactose intolerance or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
