Monarquin Plus Tablet is a prescription oral antibiotic that combines two different antibiotics (a fixed-dose combination, meaning two medicines in one tablet) to treat certain bacterial infections. It works by killing susceptible bacteria, helping reduce symptoms such as fever, pain, swelling, and inflammation while preventing the infection from spreading. Monarquin Plus Tablet treats bacterial infections only and does not work against viral illnesses such as the common cold, flu, or COVID-19. This fixed-dose combination is not universally recommended in major international antibiotic guidelines and should only be used when specifically prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional for selected infections.

Take Monarquin Plus Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, although taking it with food may help reduce stomach upset. Try to take it at the same time every day and complete the full course, even if you start feeling better. Treatment usually lasts 5 to 14 days, depending on the infection being treated. Drinking plenty of fluids, eating a balanced diet, and getting enough rest can also support your recovery.
