Meto ER 3D-50 Tablet helps lower blood pressure, thereby reducing the chances of heart problems such as heart attack and stroke. High blood pressure is a condition in which the blood exerts increased pressure on the walls of blood vessels.

Meto ER 3D-50 Tablet is a combination of chlorthalidone, telmisartan, and metoprolol succinate. Meto ER 3D-50 Tablet relaxes the blood vessels and lowers the blood pressure. It also reduces swelling by removing excess fluid and electrolytes via urine.

Sometimes, you may experience common side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, stomach upset, and weakness.
