Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's is used in the treatment of Muscle spasms, Menstrual cramps, Headache due to stress and tensions, Pain due to cancer chemotherapy, Pain due to injuries and Postoperative (after operation) pain. The detailed uses of Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's are as follows:

• Pain Due to Muscle Spasm: Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's is used to relieve pain associated with muscle spasms, especially in conditions like back pain, neck stiffness, and musculoskeletal injuries. It combines analgesic and muscle relaxant effects for enhanced comfort.
• Postoperative and Injury-Related Pain: Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's helps manage pain following surgeries or physical trauma by reducing muscle tension and blocking pain signals.
• Neurological and Orthopedic Pain: Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's is prescribed for nerve-related pain and orthopedic conditions where muscle stiffness and inflammation are present.

Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's is a combination of two medicines: Flupirtine (painkiller) and Thiocolchicoside (muscle relaxant). Flupirtine is a painkiller/ non-opioid analgesic. It reduces the awareness of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signs to the brain. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that works on the centers of the spinal cord and brain. This helps relieve muscle stiffness and improves muscle movements, thereby helping relieve pain due to muscle spasms. This Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's is thus better efficient in relieving pain and relax muscles.

Do not take Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's if you are allergic to Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's or other pain killers. Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's should not be taken in the conditions like kidney disease, liver disease or heart disease. Inform your doctor before taking Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's if you have or had bleeding, asthma, edema (swelling in hands and feet), skin rashes and blood disorder. Before taking Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's inform your doctor if you have muscle weakness. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor before starting Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's. Mapitrin-TH Tablet 10's should not be used in children below 18 years of age as safety and efficacy have not established.
