Lymost Capsule 10's belongs to the 'antibiotics' class, primarily used to treat bacterial infections. Lymost Capsule 10's is also used to treat sexually transmitted diseases, such as syphilis, gonorrhoea, or chlamydia. Bacterial infection occurs when harmful bacteria grow in the body and cause illness. It can infect any part of the body and multiply very quickly.

Lymost Capsule 10's contains Tetracycline, a broad-spectrum antibiotic. It works by preventing the synthesis of bacterial proteins, which are the primary cursors for carrying out bacteria's vital functions. This process further inhibits bacterial growth.

Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of the course based on the severity of your disease. Like all medicines, Lymost Capsule 10's also causes side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common side effects of Lymost Capsule 10's include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, mouth sores, black hairy tongue, sore throat, dizziness, headache, and rectal discomfort. If any of these effects persist or worsen, seek medical advice promptly.

Brief your medical history to the doctor if you are allergic to Lymost Capsule 10's or any of its components. It is advised to consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking Lymost Capsule 10's. Avoid taking alcohol while using Lymost Capsule 10's since it may worsen the side effects. Lymost Capsule 10's can make you feel dizzy; hence, drive or operate machinery only when you are alert. Lymost Capsule 10's is not recommended in children below eight years of age since it causes permanent tooth discolouration.

The detailed uses of Lymost Capsule 10's are as follows:<br/> • Bacterial Infections: Lymost Capsule 10's is commonly used to treat various bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, skin infections, and urinary tract infections.<br/> • Sexually Transmitted Infections: Lymost Capsule 10's is also prescribed for the treatment of certain sexually transmitted infections, such as chlamydia and syphilis.<br/> • Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs): Lymost Capsule 10's treats urinary tract infections caused by susceptible bacteria and provides broad-spectrum protection.<br/> • Otitis Media: Lymost Capsule 10's helps to treat middle ear infections.<br/> • Pneumonia: Lymost Capsule 10's is also involved in treating pneumonia by efficiently fighting against the microorganisms that cause the condition.<br/>

• Lymost Capsule 10's can be taken with or without food or as advised by your doctor. Do not take Lymost Capsule 10's immediately before bed. 
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Swallow Lymost Capsule 10's as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew it.

Lymost Capsule 10's contains 'Tetracycline,' a broad-spectrum antibiotic that treats bacterial infections. Tetracycline effectively treats acne, pneumonia, bronchitis, whooping cough, conjunctivitis, Q fever or tick fever (bacterial infection caused by the bite of infected ticks), brucellosis (infection spread from animals), and psittacosis (infections spread from birds). It is also used to treat leptospirosis (an infection spread through the urine of animals), gas-gangrene (infection in injury or surgery wound), tetanus (bacterial infection affecting nerves), cholera, and sexually transmitted diseases, such as syphilis, gonorrhoea, or chlamydia. It also treats stomach ulcers when used in combination with other anti-ulcer drugs. 

Lymost Capsule 10's should be avoided if you are allergic to it or any other components present in it. Please seek medical advice if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking Lymost Capsule 10's. Lymost Capsule 10's causes dizziness; hence, drive or operate machinery only when you are alert. Lymost Capsule 10's is not recommended in children below eight years of age since it causes permanent tooth discoloration. Prolonged use of tetracycline in children during tooth development (last half of pregnancy, infancy, and childhood to the age of 8 years) may cause permanent discolouration of the teeth (yellow-grey-brown). Iron supplements, multivitamins, calcium supplements, antacids (containing magnesium and aluminium), and laxatives may bind to Lymost Capsule 10's in the gastrointestinal tract, lowering its absorption and efficiency. Hence maintain at least 2 hours between intake of Lymost Capsule 10's and other medications. Please undergo an examination to rule out CDAD's chances if you experience diarrhoea following Tetracycline therapy.
